These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wolflow AI LLC ("GoFindOne," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the GoFindOne platform, including our website and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use GoFindOne. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may register using your email address. Each person may maintain one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@gofind.one.
Accounts may be designated as sponsor, solver, or both. The same account may post problems and submit solutions. Full anonymity is available — you may use a display name that does not identify you. Reputation scores accumulate regardless of whether your real identity is disclosed.
Sponsors post problems with a defined prize (cash, public recognition, or charity acknowledgment), a brief describing the challenge, and a deadline. A platform fee of 10% of the prize amount is charged when the problem is published as live. This fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
For cash prizes, the full prize amount is held in escrow before the problem goes live. Solvers can see that a prize is funded before they invest time in a submission.
Solvers browse live problems and submit solutions by the posted deadline. Submissions are evaluated under blind conditions — sponsors cannot see solver identity until after a winner is officially declared. Any solver may enter any live problem. No credentials, résumés, or prior relationships are required.
Sponsors review submissions and select a winner at their discretion after the deadline closes. There is no obligation to select a winner. Sponsors who consistently decline to award prizes will have that pattern reflected in their public reputation score and award history. The market self-regulates.
Upon winner selection, cash prizes are released from escrow to the winning solver. Recognition and charity prizes are fulfilled as described in the problem brief. GoFindOne facilitates but does not guarantee fulfillment of non-cash prizes.
GoFindOne charges a 10% platform fee on the prize amount, collected when the problem is published. This fee covers platform operations and is non-refundable.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Stripe's standard processing fees apply and are separate from the GoFindOne platform fee.
Cash prize escrow is held until a winner is declared or the problem is closed without award. In the event of a problem closed without award, the escrowed prize amount is returned to the sponsor minus any non-recoverable Stripe processing costs.
The 10% platform fee is charged at publish time and is not refunded if no winner is selected. Sponsors accept this when they publish a live problem.
Upon winner selection and prize payment, the winning solver grants the sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winning submission for any purpose, unless a different arrangement is explicitly stated in the problem brief and agreed to in writing by both parties.
Solvers retain full intellectual property rights over their non-winning submissions. GoFindOne makes no claim to non-winning work. Sponsors may view non-winning submissions during the review period. The platform does not guarantee that sponsors will not be influenced by ideas they encounter during review — solvers submit with the understanding that review exposure does not constitute IP transfer. If you require stronger protections, consider limiting your submission to a high-level summary, or wait for the optional Sealed Submission feature when it becomes available.
The GoFindOne platform — including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Wolflow AI LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.
By posting a problem or submitting a solution, you grant GoFindOne a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Sponsors are not required to select a winner. There is no penalty for closing a problem without an award. However, all award outcomes — including no-award decisions — are recorded and reflected in a sponsor's public reputation score and history.
This record is visible to all platform visitors, including prospective solvers. Sponsors who consistently post problems without awarding prizes will have a visible track record of that behavior. GoFindOne believes solvers will naturally direct more effort toward sponsors with strong award histories. The platform self-regulates.
GoFindOne reserves the right to display award rate statistics on sponsor profiles and in aggregate platform data.
The following are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination:
Problem submissions are reviewed by automated quality systems before going live. We reserve the right to reject problems that do not meet platform quality standards or that violate these Terms.
Users may flag problems, submissions, or profiles that appear to violate platform rules. Flagged content is reviewed and may be removed. Accounts that accumulate violations may be suspended or terminated.
Reputation scores for both sponsors and solvers are public and accumulate over time. New accounts start neutral.
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoFindOne, Wolflow AI LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.
Disputes between sponsors and solvers regarding submissions, prize fulfillment, or platform conduct should be reported to GoFindOne at hello@gofind.one. We will review and respond in good faith, though we do not guarantee specific outcomes for user-to-user disputes.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in St. Louis, Missouri. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any pending prize payouts will be processed according to the normal schedule. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, stop using the platform.
